After 30 years working as an Alliance Executive at IBM, Keith concluded: Potential or current partners require sophisticated tools to quantify alliance best practices in a form that can strengthen controls, anticipate risks and reveal new growth opportunities in a flexible, but all-inclusive way.

Mr. Gaylord is a co-author of the original ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT WORKBOOK (IBM, 1994) and a member of the team that created a “Branchise” business model for IBM.
Mr. Gaylord is the architect of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals Alliance Management Professional Certification Program and past chair of ASAP’s Professional Development Committee.
Mr. Gaylord holds degrees from the University of Vermont and the University of South Carolina. He holds certificates from The Wharton School and Harvard Law School.
